The JEE Advanced 2018 Notice came as a shock to all
candidates and coaching institutes.
GST has taken toll on the fate of millions of JEE aspirants.
In the revised exam fee structure, the GST tax is levied on the fees. This
increased the overall amount that a candidate need to pay.
Until the last year the exam was free from any tax regime.
This year the exam has come under tax regime of unknown slab. The students
appearing in the exam are already paying a good fortune for the preparation,
this added weight will only worsen the condition for lower economical class students.
